- Products & Descriptions
- We make every effort to accurately display product colors, materials, sizes, and details
- Slight variations may occur due to photography lighting or screen display differences
- All products are subject to availability and Prices may change without prior notice
- Although we aim for accuracy, typographical errors, pricing mistakes, and technical inaccuracies may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct any error and cancel any affected order
- Accessories shown in photos (like mannequins or props) are not included unless specified
- Orders & Payments
- By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete
- We accept payments through Debit Card, Credit Card, Prepaid Card, Payment Link (URL), QR Code Payments, and Cash on Delivery
- All payments are subject to banking authorization
- We may request additional identification or documentation to verify the legitimacy of an order. Failure to provide the requested information may result in order cancellation for security reasons
- AGN Nexus Group reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or inventory issues
- Shipping & Delivery
- We offer next working day delivery for all confirmed orders within the United Arab Emirates. Orders placed after cut-off times, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
- While we strive to deliver all orders within the promised timeframe, delivery schedules are dependent on our external logistics partners. In case of any operational issues, service disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances at the logistics partner’s end, delivery may be delayed by an additional working day
- Shipping timelines will be displayed during checkout and will be informed via WhatsApp or Call or SMS
- AGN Nexus Group/Jewel by Jazz shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or factors beyond our reasonable control
- Delivery shall be considered successfully completed once the courier marks the shipment as delivered to the address provided at checkout. AGN Nexus Group shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery or due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges
- Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of jewelry and hygiene standards, returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt
- Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
- Approved returns will be refunded or replaced based on our assessment
- Approved refunds will be processed exclusively through the original method of payment. Refunds will be credited to the customer’s card or bank account used during the transaction. No refunds shall be issued in cash under any circumstances
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval. We do not accept returns for reasons related to customer preference, change of mind, or wear-and tear after delivery
- Intellectual Property
All designs, images, branding, logos, product descriptions, and website content are the exclusive property of AGN Nexus Group. No user is permitted to copy, scrape, download, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this Website without written approval from AGN Nexus Group
- Limitation of Liability
AGN Nexus Group is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, delays caused by third parties, or damage resulting from misuse of products. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the product’s purchase price. AGN Nexus Group is not responsible for allergic reactions, discoloration due to improper storage, or damage caused by misuse.
- User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account shall be deemed as your responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent or abusive behavior.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. For businesses registered under the Meydan Free Zone, all operations are further subject to the regulations of the Meydan Free Zone Authority. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of this Website shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE
- Force Majeure Clause
AGN Nexus Group shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, system failures, or courier disruptions
